| ความเห็น | Bernard SÉRET is an oceanographer and biologist specializing in marine ichthyology. After 40 years of experience in public scientific research, he continues his work as an independent researcher and as a consultant. He advises public bodies and private companies on issues relating to biodiversity, fishing and the conservation of chondrichthyans (sharks, rays and chimaeras). For FishBase, he has provided a list of chondrichthyans collected during the MUSORSTOM cruises off the Philippines (1976, 1980, 1985) and publications on freshwater fishes of New Caledonia. Bernard also helped FishBase obtain permission from IRD to use illustrations from a poster on fishes of New Caledonia (ref. 46345). | |
