Distribution Indo-West Pacific: known from single specimens from off Forestier Island, Western Australia and Cape Moreton, Queensland in Australia.
Quote Possibly not distinct from Myliobatis tobijei or Myliobatis aquila; all three species need to be critically compared to determine if they are different species. Rare offshore species.
