Max. size:  29.7 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  bathypelagic; marine
Distribution:  Eastern Atlantic: known only from Mauritania to Namibia, within 500 miles of the coast.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Mesopelagic (Ref. 27000).
