Family:  Scorpaenidae (Scorpionfishes or rockfishes), subfamily: Scorpaeninae

Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 80 - 200 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on the continental shelf; in sandy mud bottom (Ref. 11230). Benthic (Ref. 75154).
