Max. size:  25 cm TL (male/unsexed); max. reported age: 4 years
Environment:  demersal; freshwater, potamodromous
Distribution:  North America: Los Angeles, San Gabriel and Santa Ana River drainages in southern California, USA.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Adults inhabit clear, cool rocky pools and runs of creeks and small to medium rivers.
