Environment:  demersal; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: India, Bangladesh and Myanmar (Ref. 4832). Reported from Nepal (Ref. 6351) and Pakistan (Ref. 51161).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in the middle and lower reaches of rivers and ponds (Ref. 41236).
