Max. size:  6.7 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Africa: Ubangi River, middle Congo River basin, in Central African Republic and Democratic Republic of the Congo (Ref. 45441).
Diagnosis:  Description: slender-bodied, with relatively large eyes and pointed snout; caudal fin truncate to subtruncate (Ref. 52307). Coloration: body silvery-gray to gray in both sexes; males typically with a few reddish egg spots in anal fin (Ref. 52307).
