Max. size:  1.9 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; brackish; marine
Distribution:  Western Central Pacific: Panay, Philippines.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in coastal brackish to marine localities. Fertilization is internal and eggs are attached to the substrate via adhesive filaments (Ref. 43413).
