Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: Pakistan, India and Nepal (Ref. 4833). Reported from Myanmar (Ref. 57739).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Small, benthic species inhabiting pool and run areas of streams (Ref. 12045). Found in mountain rapids (Ref. 41236).
