| Diagnosis: |
Vertebrae: 137-137. This species is distinguished by the following characters: tail 1.8, head 16, and body depth 60 in total length; preopercular pores 3, pores in supratemporal canal 5; teeth are conical, uniserial on jaws; one pair on vomer; anterior nostril non-tubular, flush with underside of snout; body mostly pale in preservative, few pale brown spots on head, the diameter less than eye diameter; and preanal vertebrae 60, total 137 (Ref. 101270). |
