Max. size:  6.3 cm TL (male/unsexed); 6 cm (female)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  South America: Rio Amazonas basin in Peru (Río Ampiyacu).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Eggs are deposited on the ceiling of caves and are tendered by the female parent (Ref. 7020).
