Max. size:  5 cm TL (male/unsexed); 8 cm (female)
Environment:  demersal; freshwater
Distribution:  Central America: Mexico.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Adults occur in heavily vegetated as well as in plant-free areas (Ref. 21630). Migratory behaviour is undetermined (Ref. 126106).
