Remarks The species inhabits a shallow stream less than 50 cm in depth and approximately 4-5 m in width, characterized by moderate to sparse riparian cover consisting mainly of a thin line of bamboo and understory vegetation. The substrate is predominantly sandy, with sections of moderate flow lined with pebbles (Ref. 138050).
